The SmokeGENIE creates a glycerin-based fog, meaning it will trigger electronic smoke alarms, including ionization/photoelectric/beam type sensors. However, it will NOT trigger traditional "red glass" sprinkler systems, which are temperature-sensitive.

DO NOT point the machine at the human eye unless it is through our extension tube or adapter nozzles. Our smoke is warm to the touch, but the tip of the chamber is very hot and can occasionally project hot glycerin droplets.

DO NOT operate the machine with an INVERTED smoke chamber for extended periods; i.e., do not use the Smoke Genie upside down. This will prevent liquid from reaching the heating coil and will damage the machine.

DO NOT attempt to make smoke with an empty tank. This will cause the smoke chamber to dry burn and permanently damage the heating coils.

Any damage caused by fire or water will immediately void the warranty.
