Items in stock are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 1 to 2 working days . If we do not have your item in stock, the delays can vary from 7 to 15 days. We will send you a parcel tracking number from the carrier by sms or e-mail.

Delivery rates are calculated according to the destination, weight and dimensions of the package. A contribution to the cost of insurance of the package during shipment is included.

DopPro ships to mainland France, Corsica and more than 200 countries around the world.

International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the country of destination) in addition to any brokerage fees/clearance fees that may be imposed by the carrier.

These costs are the responsibility of the beneficiary. DopPro has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties, we are unable to ship any orders that include out-of-stock items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available for shipment. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or modify these items.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, all taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees or shipping costs incurred from that return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payments

We are a French company subject to VAT. If you are based in France, our invoices will contain VAT which we must remit to the state, regardless of your professional status.

If you are in the European Union, we can issue you an invoice excluding VAT.

Send us your intra-community VAT number by e-mail to info@doppro.com so that we can issue an invoice without VAT.

If you are not in the European Union, we do not charge you VAT.

DopPro accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Checkout and PayPal.

Your credit card is only charged when the items are actually shipped. However, there may be a temporary hold on funds until the time of actual shipment.

If you use a shipping address different from the billing address, please provide a phone number for the shipping address.

To use bank transfer as a payment method, please select it during the payment step. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, in which you will find the amount to be transferred, the bank details and the order number (#OR ...) to be indicated in the wording of the transfer.

Items will be shipped to you as soon as we have received your payment.

What is Direct Import?

The direct importation of a product into France, and not through the agent/authorized distributor of the manufacturer.

Are the products legally imported?

Yes, it is perfectly legal to directly import these products and sell them in France.

What are the advantages ?

There is no factory authorized middleman involved in importing these products, so the costs are lower. As a result you pay less. Additionally, many items that are in short supply or not imported at all by the manufacturer's authorized distributors are available only from importers.

Are there any disadvantages?

Because there is no factory-authorized middleman, there is no manufacturer's warranty. However, products purchased on our site are guaranteed by DopPro. You can return your defective products to us for any warranty repairs. Non-warranty repairs will be carried out after acceptance of our estimate.

What type of guarantee at DopPro?

On imported products purchased from DopPro, we offer the same warranty as all other products in our catalog, for a period of one year. The only difference is that the product should be shipped to DopPro for warranty service.

Do I need a warranty certificate for repairs?

No, your DopPro invoice is all you need to obtain warranty service from us.

What happens after the warranty expires?

Like any product with an expired manufacturer's warranty, you can take it to any shop and pay for the repair.
