The indicative transit time is 48 hours for metropolitan France. For the European Union and abroad, it is 5 to 9 indicative days depending on the zone, and 6 to 8 days for the French overseas departments and territories.

You are required to check the condition of the delivered products. You have a period of three (3) days from delivery to lodge, in writing (postal mail, email, fax), a complaint for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered products. After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defect.
